I was desperately seeking a rug cleaning business in the GTA to restore a sedimental heirloom piece in my family for the last 30 years. Upon reaching out to royalty rugs I spoke to Hamid who explained his services and scheduled a time to meet. On the initial meeting I met him and his colleague Ali who reviewed the state of the rug and explained how their services worked. I learned their expertise extended generations which made me feel safe and trusting of the information provided. Throughout the process, I was kept informed and sent progress photos. I was very pleased to see the final product. My rug was restored beyond my belief and exceeded any expectations I had. We had our older Chinese rug professionally cleaned and re-fringed by Royalty Rugs and are thrilled with the beautiful results.
